SicaP team started from a preliminary design which had to be rehabilitated according to architectural changes and client requirements but also to find a solution to house floodability problem. To do this, the garden was terraced and drainage belt was installed around the building. During works, several discussions were held with the homeowner who is an artist with a keen sense of observation, which are enriching to the project.
