Perched on the heights of Manar with stunning views of the menzahs, the villa had a highly sloped garden area, surrounded by steep retaining wall. To allow homeowners to enjoy the garden and the view it offers, SicaP had to ensure the retaining walls sealing and opt for garden terraces.
